My wife’s phone is locked up. No matter what we do she cannot restart the phone. The phone won’t let me hard restart it. I have tried doing the hard reset several times with no success. The screen is locked to the game she was playing (it’s a game she has been playing for at least a year). The only thing we can do is touch the screen to get back to normal brightness after it goes to dim.
Please help!
