I change my Iphone for another brand no Icloud recovery possible how do i extract the data (contact map etc)

About Exporting iCloud:
A. Exporting Particular Items:
Maps is not an option. So, see your options here.
- See Here: Archive or make copies of the information you store in iCloud - Apple Support
- Scroll to: Copy files from Windows
- Proceed form there as necessary
