appointment with a tech support I would like to make an appointment with a apple store at Metropolis at Metrotown in Vancouver, BC, Canada. My iphone xr's facial recognition function is disabled even after I updated my phone to the latest version. the phone says I need to visit a store to get this issue solved.

Facial recognition I purchased an iPhone 11 Pro refurbished for my daughter. She thinks it may have corrupt software because there is no option in settings to set up facial recognition or change passwords. She is running IOS 15.0.2. Any ideas why facial recognition would not be an option in her settings?
