How do I hook up my Apple Watch when it was a previous apple id

I have Apple Watch that I bought a year ago, gave it to my daughter and she put on her phone with her Apple ID. I don’t know her password for Apple ID and she has passed and I want to use the Apple Watch now. I set to factory took the Watch off her apple phone and it still asks for her password on the Apple Watch. I just need to get this re set so I can use the watch
