How do I view flagged emails by color?

How do I view my flagged emails by color? I used to be able to see all of just 1 color at a time but now that isn't an option on the left menu>

Apple changed the Mail interface, and now you will need to visit Mail > View menu > Use Column Layout, and the once obvious flags will appear as:
