I got my grandpas old iphone 5s i dont know the passcode i dont know the icloud or password i dont have itunes computer HELP ME!!!!

Finding the Passcode will do you no good if you don't have the Apple ID and Password used to set up the device. But instructions for Passcode are here...You will need a computer, perhaps a friend could help or you can make an appointment at the nearest Apple Store for assistance.

Looks like quite an old device. If you run out of patience, you can recycle it at any Apple Store.
