New iPad keeps disconnecting from wifi

My new iPad(right out of the box)will only briefly connect to Wi-Fi. It’s the only device having an issue. I’ve reset network settings and restarted the iPad. I’ve also rebooted the router and gateway. No changes. All other devices are working fine.

If your iPad is brand new, and was in a factory sealed box and purchased from an Apple Store or Authorized Apple Retailer, you have fourteen days from its original purchase date to exchange it.
