apple support says I can stop emails from forwarding to me for an account I used Hide my Email to sign up for services with an app but I can’t figure out how to do that. How do I do that?
You can disable a Hide my Email address by going to Settings > iCloud Settings (click your name at the top) > iCloud > Hide my Email > select the email address you wish to disable and click the red Deactivate Email Address.
If in the future you want to reactivate the address, you can scroll to the bottom of the list of address to inactive addresses and select and reactivate the address.
