Hi,

I encountered a problem with my MacBook, while using and watching a movie, the MacBook you followed a background rustle showing the screen first black and for pink stripes, not responding is not the touch pad nor the keyboard until it causes the restart of it, subsequently released the error of a sudden restart due to a problem, I read in the community that it was necessary to carry out a test through the EtreCheckPro program, it released this report anyone can help me?

Reading a bit on the internet I saw that it is a problem caused by external devices, but when it happened to my computer I was not connected anything.

I apologize in advance for my English😅

Luca

Hi Luca,

Welcome to Apple Support Communities!

We understand that your MacBook stopped responding and after restarting it, you saw the alert that your Mac restarted because of a problem.

You will see this alert when there is an issue with software or hardware connected to your MacBook. Here's a great resource to help you to isolate this behavior further: If your Mac restarted because of a problem

We hope this helps you.

Take care!
