iTunes card

When I try to buy something on a game it doesn’t let me it’s shows this purchase could not be completed contract apple support can you guys pls help

In game purchases arent completed Hi so i just added my card onto my phone and whenever i go and try to make in game purchases it says “purchase could not be completed” and sends me a link to apple support. I have money on my card and even added funds to my apple ID so I have no clue what the problem is.

iTunes problem So I bought an iTunes card and charged it but when I tried to pay in game stuff it won’t let me I tried this on a couple of games and the same thing happened

I have the card in my account, the problem is it’s not letting me buy on a game? I have $50 in my account, but on this game it is not letting me buy? It says to contact apple support?
