I open music, put in a tune name in search bar, click Itunes Store on left hand column and I get messase saying I don't have that tune in my library. There is no bar to click "to the right" as your article suggests.

Make sure that you are doing the search in the Store, not in the library.

This doesn't work. In the iTunes Store in Apple Music on my MacBook Pro running Monterey, the "Apple Music," "Your Library," and "iTunes Store" options do not appear.
