Hi,
Tabs for Your library etc are still shown in latest version of music app.
Try rebooting your computer then reopen music app in safe mode - press and hold down option+cmd keys when launching music app.

It is not helping. They have removed these tabs in the new version it seems:
Try holding down option+cmd as you launch Music to open it in safe mode. This can sometimes clear up oddities in the library.

I've recently updated my Mac to macOS Monterey v.12.3.1 & the Apple Music app to v.1.2.3.56.
I can see my library, playlist, etc. which means I'm signed into my apple music account but still unable to see Browse & other sections. :(
Tried running it in safe mode still not able to see those tabs. I've been observing this for a while now.
Are you signed into your Apple ID? Is your computer authorized for your Apple ID? Do you have a subscription to either Apple Music or iTunes Match? If so is Sync Library enabled?

You can see your locally stored media and playlists without being signed into your Apple ID. It might be worth upgrading to macOS 12.4 with Music 1.2.4.3 which was released yesterday.
