It sounds as though you're wanting an automation you created in the Shortcuts app to start recording a video immediately at a desired time. You've come to a great place for help! There are several options for when a recording can start for an automation. To view and adjust this setting please open the Shortcuts app and tap Automation, followed by the specific automation you're wanting to modify. When the Edit Automation screen appears tap on Take Video, then tap the (>) icon, followed by Start Recording. From here you'll be able to select On Tap, Immediately, or Ask Each Time. Upon choosing the desired setting, tap Edit Automation towards the top-left, then tap Done towards the top-right. This will save the modifications you've made to that automation.
If Immediately was already selected, tap a different option and save it, then change the settings back to Immediately to see if the issue is resolved. If that step doesn't resolve the issue, you'll want to delete and recreate the automation.
