Using the same computer I have used to backup my iPhone before, If I go to backup my old (not in use & same appleID) iPhone, will my new (active in use & same appleID) iPhone be notified that the other one(not in use) is being backed up ????
No. Be sure the phones have different names, so you can distinguish one backup from another.
