My Mic won’t work
My mic won’t work during calls or when I try to make a video on Snapchat, when I tried to test to see if it was just something wrong with my calls there was no sound only static.

As the article states, if folks don’t hear you on the speakerphone, contact Apple Support.
I looked at the article and now it shows that my phone won’t work while it’s on speaker phone, do you have a solution for that?
My microphone also doesn’t work in the voice memos app or on Snapchat, and on calls it only works when I’m not on speaker.
