The Apple Watch does not have a Blood Pressure monitoring/calculation feature.

I believe you may be referring to the 👉 ECG Feature of the Apple Watch.

Also, ensure that you are living in a region/country 👉 Where the ECG Feature is Available.

That is correct. Apple Watch does not have the ability to measure blood pressure without any additional equipment.
