since 15.4 i cannot run Amazon Prime Video or Binge?

Since 15.4 I cannot run Amazon Prime Videos or Binge on my iPad mini.

iPad, iOS 10

Update crashes IPad Amazon video player? Did the recent IPad update cause Amazon your video player to keep crashing? How to fix? Amazon video player crashes after playing a minute or two ever since I installed most recent update. I tried rebooting and following the Amazon help suggestions for video player trouble. No joy. I can stream on Netflix, YouTube, TV networks, but only Amazon crashes. I have prime. thank you for any helpful advice (in simple terms) I have a nearly five year old IPad 5th gen, with software 15.2.1
