Apple music says I’m “offline” when the rest of my phone is connected

Every other app on my phone is connected to wifi perfectly, except for Apple music. It’s very odd because I’m still able to play any music I have in my library (even if it is not downloaded) without any issue. Everything under “Browse”, “Listen Now”, “Radio” and “Search” is inaccessible.

I have tried resetting my network settings, reinstalling the app, etc. I recently got a new phone (the one I am having issues with) and Apple music still works fine on my old device, just not this one.
