unlock iphone when insert simcard

I buy my iphone 6s second hand and this was already reset. i enter my apple id already. but when i insert simcard its shows phone locked to owner. when i open to device passcode or open by my apple id, ity shows unable to activation server is temporary not available, what i need to do?

Locked to Owner means that the phone is still locked to the last person who enabled Activation Lock, the iPhone’s theft deterrent feature. You will never be able to use the phone without the cooperation of that individual.


If it is you who set up Find My (and thus Activation Lock) then you need to enter your Apple ID and password to use the phone.
