Why can’t I watch the movie I pre ordered even tho I was emailed that it was available

I pre ordered Spider-Man no way home on the iTunes Store back when it went up for pre order and the link apple sent me to watch my movie said it wasn’t available in the US

iPhone XR, iOS 14

This may assist with being able to See or cancel pre-orders for apps, movies, music, or books.

Once you've reviewed that, we wanted to ask if this also occurs if you try the steps to See your purchase history for the App Store, iTunes Store, and more
