How do I delete a Corporate email from my iPhone ? And if I delete the Corporate email will I still have access to my Corporate account

Go to Settings -> Mail -> Accounts -> scroll & tap the email address you want to delete -> scroll down & tap Delete account.

And if I delete the Corporate email will I still have access to my Corporate account

No, after you delete that Corporate account email you will not have access anymore from the iPhone.

You may have access from the webmail.
