Whenever people try to email me on my icloud email. The emails bounce back and say my inbox is full. I have cleared my inbox and my deleted emails. However this problem is still happening.

Hello, thankyou for your response. I have now cleared up some storage. Will all those sent emails from other people suddenly pop up in my inbox? :)

Hey Tilly,

Thanks for the reply. Here's what we can find:

Note: Mail stored in iCloud counts towards your iCloud storage. If you run out of iCloud storage space, you will not be able to receive new messages at your iCloud Mail address until you make more storage space available.

It doesn't mention if the emails will be automatically resent. Thought is that if the email was returned to sender, they'll need to manually resend to you.

Send and receive iCloud Mail on all your devices and keep Mail settings up to date

Take care!

Hi Tilly03,

Thank you for using the Apple Support Communities! As noted in the article below "When you sign up for iCloud, you automatically get 5GB of free storage. You can use that storage for backups, Mail, iCloud Photos, iCloud Drive, and more. If you run out of iCloud storage, you won't be able to send or receive emails with your iCloud Mail address.":

We would also suggest the following article that can help manage iCloud storage:

Hope this helps!

Have a great day.
