Notification about iMessage and FaceTime will not go away

I keep getting the below notification on my phone. I have removed and reinserted my sim multiple times but it does not stop this notification. The SIM inserted in the phone is for the below number.

iMessage and FaceTime Number has changed

Remove and reinsert the SIM to keep using +44 XXXX XXXXXXX for iMessage and FaceTime.
