Get rid of a flag in input sources selector

I use three keyboard inputs on my MacOS: English, Ukrainian, and Russian. The selected input can be displayed as a flag or as a flag + name. Until recently, this was not a big problem, but now (since February 24th actually) it is. As a Russian-speaking Ukrainian, I would be very happy if there was an option to turn off the flag and display the selected input only as an abbreviation or name.

Please suggest is there a way to get rid of the flag?
