I updated my iOS to 15.4 and I’m having issues

So I recently updated my iPhone 11 to iOS 15.4 and after that I’ve been having lags and my phone freezes and restarts and I don’t know what to do.

IOS 15.1 Is anyone else having problems with the new update? My IPhone literally freezes at the most random times and I didn’t want to actually do the update just yet but it just installed over night🤷‍♀️

Problems with update 15.02 Has anyone else had a problem with their phones freezing up for several minutes at a time and sometimes just a shorter time but nonetheless acting crazy since the 15.02 update I have an iPhone 12 and it has been nuts since then?

Remove all security, helper or VPN apps and restart the phone.
