THe bottomline of all this is it shows how poorly Apple has become at testing their software. Every release is followed up with another release to fix the issues created by the last release.
There is no way that I am going to uninstall Catalina and then reinstall an earlier version. The risks associated with that are worse than the current issue. Apple is well aware if the problem but has a don't give a crap attitude about fixing ASAP. rather they say that the "fix" will be implemented in the next update, when ever that might be.
This level of poor code performance and poor support for a 3T company is really unacceptable. We shouldn't have to look for more software to buy to fix a problem they created causing our current NTFS software to fail. Suggesting a long terminal session that you have to do for every drive everytime you power up the MAC is frankly embarrassing.
