Can't mount external drive

Hi all,

New to Mac, just got a MacBookPro Big Sur.

After trying to install NTFS for Mac (tried both Paragon and iboysoft) the external drive (NTFS) is unable to mount, with the error "com.apple.diskmanagement.disenter error 49223". Previously I was able to read from the drive but not write to it. Same issue for 2 different external drives which both work on a PC.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Problem solved by executing the following command:

sudo rm -rf /Library/Filesystems/iboysoft_NTFS.fs
