Why can't I access music in my 'Music Library' when creating a slideshow?

Thank you Rich 839. After posting my question I discovered that none of my music hadn't been downloaded from iCloud. After rectifying this, Photos recognised my music and I was able to add a track to a slideshow. Again thank you for your prompt advice. - Graham

Are they greyed out, or not listed at all, or are listed but don't play?
Songs that are DRM protected cannot be used in slideshows. This would include Apple Music songs that are all DRM protected. DRM titles are greyed out.
I suspect that songs that are stored in the cloud also would not be accessible. You would first need to download them.
