Reminders App not working

Reminder app don’t let me to add reminder or reminder list on my iphone 13 pro. It just got blurred. When I try to open reminders on icloud using icloud.com/reminders, it shows the following error. “The owner has stopped sharing or you have no permission to open it”. Can anyone provide any solution to this?

I tried to see if Deleting the members and adding them again will work; but i was successfully able to Delete the Members but now when i try to add the members the portion where it lets me add the members never comes up. It goes to a blank screen depicting that the phone is opening the page but then automatically cancels out and takes me back to the Shared list. I tried restarting the phone creating a new list and trying to add members, both didn't work. Would appreciate any help since I cannot contact Apple Support since Apple Care ended for my device. Thank You for your help.

Updated Reminders App List Sharing Updated Reminders App and enabled iCloud for Reminders but when trying to share reminder list to other iphone with IOS 15 and updated reminders app the recipient keeps getting a popup dialog stating ICloud needs to be turned on for Reminders even though it already is turned on.

Reminders App will not Share a List The reminders app doesn’t give me the option to share a list. What can I do to fix this?
