Monterey IOS Updates 12.1 to 12.3

We have a 13" MacBook Pro and an iMac. Ever since the roll out of Monterey 12.1 to 12.3 we have experienced these issues with sleep modes.

The MacBook screen remains black coming out of sleep and you have to open close, plug in and unplug power supply to finally awaken the screen.

The iMac continuously estarts in sleep mode over and over again and sometimes hangs in the middle of the reboot for an hour or more.

What are we to do? I feel like I'm back in the old World of Microsoft's Buggy Windows which is why we switched to Apple since 2016. Maybe it's time to go back to Mircrosoft? Never anticipated this level of disservice from Apple.

Try booting into recovery mode and then reinstalling macOS on both devices. To boot into recovery mode on a m1 computer, shut down the computer then hold the power button to turn it back on. Continue holding until it says loading startup options. From there, navigate to recovery mode. To use recovery mode on Intel Macs, restart and hold command+r while booting up until you see the apple logo. You will need to connect to wifi or Bluetooth for both of these.
