My phone paired with my neighbors phone by itself

When I look at videos and stuff like that I hear the music and sound from my video upstairs?

we didn’t connect our phones or anything but I can’t watch videos on my phone now because he gets super angry.

I’ve tried everything! I turned off everything about pairing or conversations with tv etc and still I hear the sound and then hard angry stepping just to prove a point.

what do I do?
