I cannot see all my shared albums on my MAcBook Pro, but can see them on my iPhone and iPad.

Shared albums were created by others. I accepted the request. I have iCloud photos turned on. I can see these albums and all their photos on my other Apple devices, but not on my MacBook Pro. Any suggestions? Software is up to date on all devices. ID is the same on all devices.
