how to unlink apple/phone bill payment from old discord account and link it to the new one,

Hello, i've been trying to find a way to remove a apple/phone bill payment from my old discord account. i subscribed to one nitro package today but it was linked to my old account when i am clearly in the new account. and i requested for a refund and it have yet to respond to me. however, i need guides or tutorial on how to transfer/link my apple payment (or local phone bill charge payment) to my new discord account. thank you!
