My new M1Max Pro came with Monterey 12.2.1 pre installed, yet now unable to install later versions due to "Unsecure Internet Connection" Never had that problem with the 2016 Macbook Air .
Also video Exports just stall / abort at 82% completion - never before encountered that with the Macbook Air. Any similar experiences with Monterey OS?

If you can not update to 12.3 try a safeboot, login and try again your update:

Thank you very much - the safe boot did the job and I'm on Monterey 12.3. It would appear that, as I had the Air mirrored to the Pro, the Video app needed to be uninstalled on the new machine first and then reinstalled. Great advice, Thanks again!
