Photo App does not show options to adjust a picture

How to edit photos in MacBook Pro 2021, it does not show options like in the iPhone or IPad to adjust color, saturation, contrast, etc or it does not have it?

For example, I took a photo of a framed painting and, because the camera was not perfectly at the same angle of the pinging, there is distortion; ie the top of the image is slightly larger than the bottom. I would like to adjust the tilt to get the image "flat". This is possible on my iPhone. There is a tool in the crop feature of the editing tool to allow this adjustment in either the vertical of horizontal axis. I can't find this editing feature in the Photos app on my Mac.

Select the image and click the edit button. Or press enter.
