I bought a pair of used airpod pros on Amazon. I am able to connect and use them with my phone. My issue is the previous owner did not sign out of their ICloud so they are able to track and see my location at all times with the airpods. I’ve contacted almost everyone and have gotten no solution.
You need to contact the previous owner and have them remove the AirPods from their account.
Thank you for your reply. I understand that I have to do that, but that seems almost impossible. I bought them used from Amazon. I contacted them but have received no real help. I don’t understand how am I supposed to contact the previous owner if I have no information if there’s.
