Anyone else having an issue when they use the ethernet port? Whenever I use the ethernet port my internet speed slows to about 300 mb/sec. when it should be at least 1 gb/sec.. I've tested various cables between the router and the modem and between the router and to my mac studio and the internet only slows when I'm using the ethernet port.

I am getting the full speed of my gigabit FIOS connection. I did turn WiFi off however while using ethernet. Not sure you can get full speed from ethernet with WiFi turned on.
One more thing. Make sure you reboot your router. My Asus router sometimes has slow ethernet port speeds after it has run a few months without reboot.
