Did the per network switch for private relay get removed in 15.4? If I select a Wi-Fi network note and go to its details it looks like the title to disable private relay for that network is missing.

You are probably confusing Private Wi-Fi Address in Wi-Fi settings with Private Relay which is a VPN type IP stepper for browsing the web if you have iCloud+ activated.

I don’t think so, the private Wi-Fi address selector is still there, the private relay selector in the screenshot I’ve attached is missing
