Unable to update Apple ID payment method
I'm trying to update my payment with my new Visa card, but I am unable to do this. I'm frustrated.

Make sure you’re following the steps in this link to update your payment method:
Change, add, or remove Apple ID payment methods
Make sure your device is up to date and test after restarting as well:
Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
Test over a different network if you still have issues and see if that has any impact on the issue.
If that’s not working, can you let us know more about what happens when you try? Do you get any error messages? That can help us determine how to proceed.
