Hot Spot issue with Moto Tablet

I upgraded my phone from a 7 to a 13 pro max now my Moto Tablet will not connect to the hotspot, I can connect my laptop via hotspot to my 13 but not my tablet. I have followed other steps but nothing working. I also can hook to my hotspot using my old phone
