Converting time-lapse to video??

I accidentally recorded a time lapse at a concert instead of taking a video!! Is there any way to change it to normal speed with sound?

This was asked by someone a few years ago but was not answered correctly - recording in time lapse is very different from a part of a video being in slow-mo. Mine is a total time lapse. Please let me know if this is possible to revert time lapse to a regular video!
