QR Code not visible in email in Inbox

I get an email in Outlook for tickets. The QR code is visible on my PC. The QR code is not visible on the same message on my iPhone 12. However, if I forward the email to another email address, the QR shows up in the Outlook Sent folder and also in the Inbox of the other email address. Very strange.
