Can’t add photos to shared album

I can’t get my shared albums to let me upload pictures. I restarted my phone and even tried creating new albums but it won’t let me add on new photos.

Why is my shared album photos not showing up ? yesterday most of my shared album photos and videos are not showing up in my iPhone. I have around 8 shared albums and 5 of them don’t allow me download or see back my photos and videos. However this situation is not happening in my iPad, are there anyways for those photos and videos to appear back ? As it causes a lot of inconvenience to me.

Shared Albums on iPhone - don’t upload & all photos & videos show as white thumbnails I first noticed my new photos in my shared albums don’t upload anymore (without getting feedback, I just realised they didn’t appear on new devices). To trouble shoot I turned off sharing photos on my iPhone, restarted my iPhone and turned it on again. Now ALL my Shared Albums won't show ANY pictures. They now ALL show as white thumbnails. This includes albums that I've shared as well as albums that I'm a subscriber to. I can see some shared albums on my iPad. But even there some albums show white thumbnails only. Can someone please help? This is beyond frustrating 😔

Have you exceeded any limits by uploading too many items at once? iCloud: My Photo Stream and iCloud Photo Sharing limits
