I need help unlocking my apple s2 watch 44mm.

I bought an watch off of Facebook either stolen or the owner or their lock it before I made the purchase. I cannot find the seller nor his name anymore but I would like to use my purchased watch or return it to the original owner and hopefully get redeemed on the money I’ve spent. Is there anyway I can achieve this situation?
