Logitech Rugged Case Keyboard not working

I have a 7th gen iPad.


After the latest OS update, the keyboard stopped working.


Can anyone help with this please?

Troubleshooting Logitech:


Contact Logitech:

Ask Logitech is they know what exactly is occurring. It may be that Logitech has yet to do this part in making firmware for this.
