Iphone can not connect to Macbook pro after updating to Monterey

After downloading the latest Monterey 12.3 , I tried to backup my iphone Xs as usual and now I keep getting the message "

I have tried all the recommendations and additional steps and still see the message. ( If your computer doesn't recognize your iPhone, iPad, or iPod - Apple Support )

Restarted my computer, iPhone. Updated all the software. The computer see's the iPhone under the bus USB but for some reason cannot find it in Finder even though it showes it on the side bar !

I had no problems before this update !

Is there any other way I can back up my phone on my mac ?

Thank you for any help .

A question: do you use an original Apple USB cable?

And have you tried with a different cable?

It seems that the iPhone is not loading to the Mac.

When I connect my iPhone to the Mac (macOS Monterey) I see 'Loading', instead of 'The selected device could not be found'.

Try also to relaunch Finder ➛ Press Ctrl + Option at the same time and click with the left mouse button.
