TurboTax Deluxe 2021 won't download/install on MacBook Air with Monterey 12.3

Computer/software meets all noted minimum systems requirements that I can see. When I try to download via Chrome, the error message says, "The disk you attached was not readable by this computer. Eject, Ignore, Initialize" On Safari I get an error that the file cannot be parsed. I've updated OS and all software and have tried to repair the files. Any suggestions? (I have also called TurboTax support, but the tech assistance wasn't productive.)
