The Mac Studio is a small computer with much CPU power. Some people say it's silent, others have complaints that it's too noisy. It seems that the Ultra is more silent because of the better cooling system. I have read that the fans run at 1325 rpm idle which is rather fast. What are the impressions of someone who bought the Mac Studio Max? (not the Ultra)

In a silent home office it sounds loud to me.
It's similar to the when the iMac increases fan speed under load, except it is more annoying because it is now only coming from one side of the screen.
In a work environment with background noise I don't think it would be noticeable.
If you're sensitive to noise, like me, there's also noticeable coil whine/ beeping. It sounds like occasional high-pitch morse code mixed in with the fan noise.
With such a small monitor cable it's not easily moved to a shelf or cupboard either.
A little disappointing in my opinion.
In this case they change the form for a better cooling. But it didn't went well either.

Not everyone has this problem or doesn't address/hear it. I would like to hear another unit, but no one in the Studio area has one. The ones that have quiet units don't record sound.
The Mac Mini M1 has a speed of 1700 rpm and is barely audible. Even in sleep it spins. And there are no small holes at the exhaust.

It's totally unreasonable to expect the fan noise from MBA = MBP = Mac Studio = Mac Pro.
I expect the new M1 Mac Pro will have normal PC fans, and sounds louder than our Mac Studio's.
I'm using 220V in Korea.
There are machines with the whining noise but I think most of the Mac Studio's don't have these issues.
You'll have to type louder, I cannot hear you.
There was a benefit to working around a lot of loud noises over my lifetime.

I will be 100% happy with 1100 rpm, IMO, 1330 is just un-necessary!
There is definitely an annoying whine at 1330, if I put my ear next to the fan, it sounds like bf-bf-bf-bf. . . .
But if I sit at 50cm away from it, it's not too bad. You can reduce the noise further by using a fan control app.
