I need to upgrade memory and storage on my MacBook Pro Retina early 2015, I need to at least have 16Gb RAM and 256GB storage. any advice on how and where I can, thanks.

I'm also using Early 2015 MacBook Pro, though you can't upgrade RAM since it's soldered on logic board and there is no RAM slot.
However you can upgrade SSD.
