It’s too late to get stuff out of your phone. That’s why backups are important.

There is no way to bypass the unavailable screen without erasing your device.
Have you seen the Erase iPhone option located in the lower right corner of the screen? Press it, and then follow the wizard on the screen to enter your Apple ID and password to reset your phone to factory settings. You then can set up it and restore from your backup.
If you didn't see the Erase iPhone option, did you try the entry 5 times?
If still fails, you may try Appgeeker, iTunes (use recovery mode), or iCloud (Find My iPhone feature), to reset the phone to remove the unavailable screen.

Where do you see that your cell phone number is associated with another account? Have you followed the posted instructions in this thread on what do to if your phone is unavailable?

Follow the guidance in the Apple Recommended post at the top of this page.
If you backed it up beforehand, your data is ready to be migrated from the iCloud or computer backup.
If you didn't, the data is gone. There's no way to unlock a disabled phone without erasing it.
Probably because the wrong passcode was entered several times, but not enough times to completely disable the phone. When that happens the phone will lock for several minutes to prevent continued guessing.
Go back to the Apple Recommended answer in this thread above.
I did not have to reset my phone. I turned it off. Same message came back. I turned it off again & it reset itself after about 5 minutes. I’m more concerned about WHY it is happening!
Do you carry the phone in your pocket, with the screen against your body? If so, your body contact can “butt enter” the passcode several times and fail. That symptom has only one cause: too many failed unlock attempts. Nothing else will cause that screen to appear.
If you DO carry the phone in your pocket without a protective case (something I would never recommend for a $1,000 device), go to Settings/TouchID[FaceID]& Passcode and turn off Raise To Wake.
Also carry the phone with the screen away from your body. A broken screen can be replaced; if the back glass breaks the phone cannot be repaired and must be replaced.
Yes, and Bubba is correct; a failing screen digitizer can also cause entry of invalid passcodes.
